"To the pure, all things are pure, but to those who are corrupted and do not believe,
nothing is pure. In fact, both their minds and consciences are corrupted."
October 2017, I love those 2 verses! The bible is fascinating! I learn so much from The Word of our Father. I was a terrible student in High School. I didn't like to read. That is why its such a big deal for me. The word for me, IS refreshing, healing, transforming, a blessing.
Listen to these words in your mind - Gracious words, soul, pure, mind & conscience. There is power in those, but only if they are united. We have great
potential. All of us. You reading today. Where do these words converge/meet? When God the Father, Jesus our Savior & the Holy Spirit meet with us
while we read the bible. There word. Submitting our hearts and minds and dwelling in those words allowing them to profoundly touch our inner most
part of our soul. How? By praying silently, believing all three of them are listening attentively. Amen, isn't that powerful? And wonderful?
If gracious words flow out of my mouth, that means my soul is healed and set free. This is were you need to begin today if your going to live out Jesus prayer in your life
- "I came to give you life."
If your heart is harden today, you can have Jesus slowly bring your heart back to that place where He can work & begin to have these flow from your
Remember, "You must be like a child to inherit the kingdom of God." No more "mind" in the spirit. God is Spirit, he is not human.
"If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand"
Mark 3:25 | NLT |
What are the benefits of surrendering my will so that God can change me from the inside?
“I the Lord search the heart
and examine the mind,
to reward each person according to their conduct,
according to what their deeds deserve.”
Jeremiah 17:9-10 | NIV |
Beautiful verse! He searches & examens our hearts. Here is were I prove to you biblically that you need to start with the soul. (the heart) Ever met someone that every year the same thing. The same struggles. It seems like he/she never take off? After many hours of counceling and listening to men, women, couples, we have learned that the issue is the soul, the heart. Add to that, (what I mentioned above about "the home") we get married, or are married and all the sudden all those negative things we lived as a child, they decide to come to the surface against someone who wasn't even there to begin with, our spouse. If you didn't know the statistics prove the divorse rate in church is higher then outside the church. A person was saved, but again, continues to struggle. They never find out there purpose in Christ. (Read Purpose Driven life by Rick Warren)
"So the trouble is not with the law, for it is spiritual and good.
The trouble is with me, Verse 20 it is sin living in me that does it."
Romans 7:14 | NLT |
Ok, We began with "Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul." Now we know the "soul" must be healed, cultivated, plowed and ready for the Holy Spirit (who by the way, lives inside us) can work freely. Because God will not compete with our will.
"Gracious words are a honey comb." Say with me "Surrendering is not painful, I can trust God." Say that again. Say again, one more time.
"Hearts are like parachutes, they only work when they are open."
"Therefore, submit yourselves to God." James 4:7 ISV
Once you've asked God how to surrender. Talk with the Holy Spirit.
"The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. " 1 Corinthians 2:10
Paul Said something very very powerful, profound and its the 1 verse we all need to hammer and hammer and repeat and do whatever it takes
to grasp and live in. Please pray before reading this, be focused, read slowly and say amen after each phrase or word. This is a very heavy, over flowing full of divine power and truth. We all need this fundamental truth in our soul ! Whatever the cost!
"When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father,[e] 15
the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth.[f] 16 I pray that from his glorious,
unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. 17
Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow
down into God’s love and keep you strong. 18 And may you have the power to understand,
as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. 19
May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you
will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to
God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than
we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church."
That's it! It's all there. It starts here beloved. Love. He is love. No more condemnation. No more blaming your spouse, your family, your
friends, not even your circumstances. Start a fresh today, release yourself and allow Jesus to bring you to a new beginning in Jesus name!
Father, call Him Father, Father, I want to surrender. I'm sure with no doubt that You are good! That you want the best for me.
I want to submit, teach me how. Jesus, thank you, its in your name that I ask. Holy Spirit, my counselor teach me, have your will
I want for you to have the freedom you were called to have in me. I love you Father, in Jesus name, amen.
